Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic team members to greet guests and share the OTF experience. You will present intros, give studio tours and guide newcomers through their first workout, partnering with trainers to ensure a smooth intro flow.

In this role you’ll promote memberships, follow up with prospects and participate in marketing events. A positive attitude and strong communication are essential for success at Orangetheory Fitness.

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge.

• Collaborating with trainers to guide intros through the first Orangetheory workout.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Following up on prospective clients.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. In a 60-minute class, led by a highly trained and certified coach, members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone, your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
