Skin Spa New York is looking for a motivated Spa Coordinator to enhance the client experience within the medical spa industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness, strong attention to detail, and a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including weekends.

The Spa Coordinator will be responsible for excellent customer service, managing appointments, promoting services, and maintaining the spa environment. A minimum of 2 years of retail experience and familiarity with appointment software are preferred. Competitive compensation starting at $17 per hour with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Med Spa experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service.
• Promoting retail, upsells, and packages to meet daily sales goals and expectations.
• Booking and confirming appointments.
• Directing clients during the check‑in and check‑out process, including communication with the back‑of‑house team.
• Maintaining cleanliness of spa and retail areas and overall coordination.
• Handling client concerns with insight and poise.
• Managing a multi‑line phone system.
• Handling multiple assignments simultaneously.

Compensation starts at $17 per hour plus sales and bonus commissions.

A consistent weekend day is required. Availability must align with business needs and include Sundays and Mondays.
