Role Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, assist with questions, and facilitate check-ins.
• Promote our Judgement Free Zone and support members on their fitness journeys.
• Handle member concerns and escalate as needed.
• Answer phone inquiries and perform membership functions such as sign-ups, updates, and cancellations.
• Conduct tours for prospective members and assess their needs.
• Execute retail transactions and meet sales goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all club areas and equipment.
• Address safety and maintenance issues promptly.

Compensation & Benefits

The hourly pay range is $15.50 to $16.50, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, free Black Card Membership, and more.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided).
• Basic computer skills.

Physical Demands

• Stand and move continually during shifts.
• Lift up to 75 pounds.
• Work with chemicals and perform cleaning tasks.
