Job Description

The Creative Concierge role sits at the front desk for security and to create a welcoming feeling when entering the space. They must have experience in office reception, as an administrative assistant, or in a similar role. This position is critical for first impressions. Candidates should be friendly, energetic, and polite.

General Accountabilities

• Member Signups
• Member Communication
• Tours
• Introducing new members to the community and facilitating connections
• Facilities maintenance
• Greeting guests and informing members of guest arrivals
• Opening and closing the space daily
• Maintaining the kitchen area (brewing coffee, loading/unloading dishwasher, etc.)
• Keeping the space tidy throughout the day
• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Handling guest complaints or concerns
• Community Events
• Space setup and teardown
• Organizing catering and entertainment
• Greeting attendees and performing check-ins
• Testing and operating A/V equipment
• Event rentals
