Job summary

OneLife Fitness in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead a high-energy team and deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience to every member, every time. You’ll coach, mentor, and motivate Front Desk Associates to provide warm welcomes and smooth operations.

You’ll oversee scheduling, payroll, POS, inventory, and sales of club programs, while upholding safety and cleanliness. You’ll partner with the Manager On Duty to ensure great guest relations and a polished front-of-house.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• Management experience preferred.

About the role

What you’ll do

• Share club updates so the desk team is always in the know.
• Oversee POS activity and ensure accurate, complete transactions.
• Build schedules, track time & attendance, and verify/approve payroll bi-monthly.
• Track inventory, restock essentials, and optimize ordering systems.
• Promote pro shop items, drinks, and supplements with friendly product know-how.
• Support day-to-day club operations and serve as Manager On Duty as needed.
• Follow all facility, service, program, and emergency procedures.
