Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to greet members, process payments and answer questions. You will promote memberships and promotions while delivering responsive service in a fast-paced club environment.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with at least 6 months of face-to-face customer service, willingness to work a flexible schedule, and a positive, energetic attitude. Full-time opportunities with competitive pay and benefits are available.

The Front Desk Associate must be adept at balancing multiple tasks with a friendly, courteous demeanor.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner with hellos and goodbyes.Anticipate member's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all membersProvide gracious and efficient telephone service.
