We are a vibrant, multi-disciplinary wellness clinic seeking a Front Desk Assistant who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is not just a receptionist role—this is a key position that sets the tone for every patient’s visit.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
• Handle insurance verifications and benefit breakdowns
• Manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient follow-up
• Collect co-pays and manage basic billing and payments
• Communicate with patients via phone, email, text message, and in-person with confidence and clarity
• Document and update patient info in EHR and scheduling software
• Assist with passive therapies (e.g., Red Light Therapy, Spinal Decompression) – training provided
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications:

1+ year medical front office experience (chiropractic, PT, or wellness clinic experience a plus)

Proven insurance verification experience

Excellent phone and email communication skills

Strong typing speed (45+ WPM) and computer proficiency

Friendly, professional, and able to multitask with ease

Self-starter with a “figure it out” attitude

Available to work on-site at our North Dallas clinic
