Key Responsibilities:Front Desk Assistant Duties:
- Customer Service: Greet clients warmly, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times.
- Appointment Scheduling: Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the calendar for estheticians and other service providers. Confirm appointments and manage any changes.
- Client Inquiries: Provide information on services, products, promotions, and upcoming events. Assist clients with product recommendations and answer any questions.
- Payment & Documentation: Process payments, manage client records, and ensure confidentiality. Maintain accurate billing and appointment history for each client.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure the front desk area, waiting room, and overall spa are neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Sales Support: Promote services, packages, and retail products, contributing to team sales goals.
Esthetician Duties:
- Facials & Skincare Treatments: Perform facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and other esthetic services tailored to client needs.
- Hair Removal: Offer waxing and other hair removal treatments, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for clients.
- Skin Analysis & Recommendations: Conduct skin consultations, assess client needs, and provide personalized treatment recommendations.
- Client Education: Advise clients on proper skincare routines, homecare products, and lifestyle recommendations to enhance their results.
- Sanitation & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to sanitation and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and sterile environment for all treatments.
- Collaboration: Work with the rest of the team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all clients.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Esthetician in the state of Texas.
- Proven experience as an esthetician, preferably in a medical spa or salon setting.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others feel confident.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle client inquiries or issues professionally.
- Knowledge of medical spa services, skincare products, and industry trends is preferred.
