Be Relax Spa at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) is opening new Be Relax Suites and seeks Front Desk Assistants to welcome travelers, assist with sleep suite reservations, and handle check-ins/check-outs with a focus on exceptional service.

Join our opening team with a passion for hospitality, welcome guests, explain options, and ensure comfort. The role supports a fast-paced airport environment with flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality, travel, wellness, and customer service.
• Experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality roles preferred.
• Ability to learn reservation and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet travelers and provide an excellent customer experience
• Assist guests with sleep suite reservations, check-in, and check-out
• Explain suite options, rates, availability, services, and policies
• Process customer transactions and payments
• Manage reservations and monitor suite availability
• Answer guest questions and assist during their stay
• Coordinate suite turnover and ensure suites are ready for guests
• Restock linens and amenities as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and escalate when needed
• Follow Be Relax and DTW safety procedures
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required

We are excited to beopening our new Be Relax Suites at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focusedFront Desk Assistantsto join our opening team.

Your focus will be to provide an excellent guest experience by welcoming travelers, assisting with sleep suite reservations, processing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring guests have a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet travelers and provide an excellent customer experience
• Assist guests with sleep suite reservations, check-in, and check-out
• Explain suite options, rates, availability, services, and policies
• Efficiently process customer transactions and payments
• Manage reservations and monitor suite availability
• Answer guest questions and assist throughout their stay
• Coordinate suite turnover and ensure suites are prepared for incoming guests
• Restock linens, amenities, and other guest supplies as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and elevate issues when appropriate
• Follow all Be Relax and DTW airport safety and security procedures
• Be willing to perform additional duties as required

Requirements:

• Passion for hospitality, travel, wellness, and customer service
• Previous customer service, hospitality, hotel, front desk, airport lounge, or retail experience preferred
• Enthusiasm for engaging with guests and providing exceptional service
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced airport environment
• Comfortable learning reservation, point-of-sale, and other computer systems
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to successfully meet applicable DTW airport badging and security requirements
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings,overnights, weekends, and holidays
