Whole Health Solutions & Sports Performance is seeking a welcoming front desk associate in Shirley, MA. You will be the first voice clients hear, welcoming new clients, answering questions, and guiding them through a smooth visit at a clinic that values hospitality.

You will help keep the schedule running for our physical therapists, trainers and health coaches, while fostering an upbeat team environment and high-quality client care.

Formación

• Front desk/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to keep schedules organized and clients informed.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome new clients and be the first point of contact.
• Keep the schedule running smoothly for physical therapists, trainers and health coaches.
• Answer questions and ensure a warm, hospitality-forward visit.
