Position Overview

Renaissance Raleigh North Hills Hotel is seeking Front Desk Agents!

Shift: Must have a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

We value individuals passionate about serving others. As a front desk agent, you'll be at the heart of guest interactions, influencing their overall experience. If you enjoy engaging with people, possess a positive personality, and have a strong sense of responsibility, this role is ideal for you!

Responsibilities
  • Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times.
  • Maintain high service and hospitality standards.
  • Address guest concerns promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Post charges, handle payments, and follow cash procedures.
  • Manage guest mail and messages professionally and privately.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel brands and programs.
  • Communicate effectively with departments and management about guest feedback.
  • Respond quickly to calls, visitors, and team requests at the front desk.
  • Know hotel safety and emergency procedures.
