Front Desk Agent - Yellowstone National Park

Pay $15.75 - $17.00 / hour

Location: Yellowstone National Park/Wyoming

Experience the magic of Yellowstone in the fall! Enjoy cool temperatures, geysers erupting against vibrant fall colors, and wildlife sightings. As part of our Lodging team for 2-3 months, you'll immerse yourself in the park's natural beauty and deliver legendary hospitality to our guests.

Job Summary:

Housekeepers (Room Attendants) are responsible for cleaning, restocking, and maintaining hotel or cabin rooms, ensuring a tidy and safe environment for guests.

The Details:

  • Position Type: Seasonal
  • Season Dates: August - Mid October
  • Pay: $15.75-17.00/hr
  • Schedule: Typically 40 hours/week, 5 days (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities:

  • Address guest issues professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Document complaints properly
  • Assist with reservations and promote park activities
  • Handle guest payments and finalize accounts
  • Promote donations and environmental programs
  • Follow cash procedures securely
  • Post charges and balance receipts
  • Answer phones courteously
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills; a 'people-person'
  • Management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong communication, sales, and cash handling skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting up to 30 lbs
  • Making beds, bending, kneeling, stretching
  • Standing for long periods, walking stairs and outdoors
