Front Desk Agent, The American Club

Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Join our guest services team, the heartbeat of our business and the warmth our guests remember long after their stay.

As the Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for:

1. Providing prompt, courteous, and professional guest service in registration, guest departure, cashiering, reservations, and information.
2. Registering guests in and out of Fidelio property management system.
3. Blocking guest rooms, preparing guest folios, guest cards, and programming room keys.
4. Handling all money transactions at the front desk following standard operating procedures.
5. Having knowledge of food and beverage facilities and hours of operation.
6. Posting and recording hotel gift certificates.
7. Being knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area, local attractions, and shopping services.
8. Adhering to established safety procedures and guidelines.
9. Handling guest complaints.

This is a full-time opportunity available at The American Club. Shifts will vary between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm. Weekend availability is required.

Skills/Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• The ability to work independently with professionalism while maintaining a focus on quality and customer service.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are helpful.
• Previous guest service experience preferred.

The hourly range for this position is $19.00. The specific hourly rate offered may be influenced by experience, education, and work location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
