Position Overview

We are seeking passionate individuals with a commitment to excellent customer care to join our team at a new hotel opening on May 29th. The Front Desk Agent plays a vital role as the hub of hotel activity, responsible for managing guest interactions and ensuring a high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Assist guests courteously and professionally at all times
  • Maintain high levels of service and hospitality
  • Manage guest concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction
  • Post guest charges, handle payments, and follow cash handling procedures
  • Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel programs and offers
  • Communicate effectively with other departments and management
  • Respond quickly to calls, visitors, and team members needing assistance
  • Follow hotel safety and emergency procedures
Qualifications and Preferences
  • Minimum 2 years of Marriott service experience; guest service supervisor level preferred for higher pay
  • Lightspeed experience desirable
