Home2 Suites Tukwila is seeking a Front Desk Agent/Shuttle Driver to manage front desk operations and serve as a reference for guests and vendors. The role requires professionalism, courtesy, and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

This position may require flexible scheduling. Compensation is $21.65 hourly with benefits as described by Island Hospitality. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Check-in/out hotel guests accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and pass background/driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests at the front desk.
• Process payments according to hotel policy.
• Drive the Shuttle Van to SeaTac Airport and nearby locations.
• Prepare shift reports for management.
• Deliver friendly, professional guest service at all times.

Our team is looking to add an upbeat Front Desk Agent/Shuttle Driver to manage all aspects of front desk operations and be a key person of reference for our guests and vendors. To be successful in this role, you will need to extend professionalism and courtesy, have outstanding communication skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position may require flexible scheduling availability. Compensation for this position is $21.65 hourly.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Check-in/Check-out hotel guests
• Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
• Prepares all necessary reports during each shift for the management team
• Drive Hotel Shuttle Van to/from SeaTac Airport and other nearby locations

Job Qualifications:

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Ability to work well in stressful situations
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
• Must have valid Driver's License and pass a background/driving record check

The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors.
