Description

Located just minutes from Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves, Sheraton Galleria offers 278 rooms and 5,000 sq. ft. of meeting space. Our hotel combines modern amenities with stylish design, providing a vibrant environment for both business and leisure guests.

We are seeking a detail-oriented hospitality professional passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. This overnight role involves managing nightly operations, balancing transactions, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance.
  • Reconcile and audit daily financial transactions accurately.
  • Generate and distribute reports for management.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests professionally.
  • Ensure security and safety of guests and property during overnight hours.
  • Coordinate with other departments for next-day preparations.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
