Job Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services during check-in and check-out, courteously and efficiently.
• Process all payments according to established hotel policies.
• Handle guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to relevant departments.
• Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience; hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
