Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage guest check-outs and ensure billing accuracy.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
- Balance cash drawer and perform daily shift audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe front desk area.
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday availability required).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Comfortable using computers and hotel management systems (training provided).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation:
$15 - $17 hourly
