We are looking for a hospitality professional to join our Front Desk team!

Horseshoe Bay Resort seeks a Front Desk agent to greet and serve our guests with the highest standards. The role involves providing efficient, courteous, and professional service at the front desk, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk operations professionally and efficiently, fostering good relationships with other departments.
  • Handle cash duties according to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about daily hotel operations, events, and updates.
  • Know room rates, packages, discounts, and promotions.
  • Assist guests with registration, room assignments, and special requests.
  • Resolve guest issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure accurate billing at check-out and proper cash handling.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality
  • Pleasant demeanor, self-starter, good judgment, and computer skills
Additional Qualifications
  • Professional and courteous interaction with guests, including conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of the local area and environment
  • Ability to work well with team members
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
