Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Austin is seeking a Front Desk/Night Auditor to assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all front desk related functions. You will balance all hotel and restaurant transactions daily, including credit cards, cash, and change funds, and run various audits and reports to record revenues and statistics accurately.

Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but not required.

• A passion for customer service.
• Ability to work independently while supporting hotel operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

What You Will Bring

• The ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move up to 10 lbs. regularly and the ability to stand for long periods of time
