Job Description

The Hospitality Worker I is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Long Description

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $24.00 to $28.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Front desk Associate at conference center of a world-class corporate HQ.
  • Responsible for conference booking and guest reservations.
  • Plan and coordinate all activities to successfully execute meetings and conferences.
  • Obtain guest room request orders, book guest rooms and send confirmations to clients.
  • Maintain high-level of professionalism and competence when dealing with clients.
  • Greet the guest, check-in conference attendees, and direct them to meeting and guest room.
  • Address new requests of host before and during meetings.
  • Respond to calls and e-mails related to front desk operations.
  • Perform other clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications
  • Previous conference center and upscale hotel experience preferred
  • Guest services experience preferred
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrate organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
