About the Role
The Hotel Guest Services Front Desk Agent greets guests, manages reservations, processes payments, and ensures guest information security. Responsibilities include pre-registering guests, preparing key packets, coordinating check-in procedures, providing information about services and amenities, managing luggage, and ensuring excellent guest service at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet, register, and assist guests during check-in and check-out, delivering exceptional service.
- Process transactions accurately and adhere to company policies.
- Maintain reservations, room inventory, and assignments.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with courteous service.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, amenities, and nearby events.
- Explain room features and safety protocols.
- Accurately update reservation and billing information in the system.
- Assist with luggage and escort guests as needed.
- Perform additional departmental duties as assigned to support team success.

Qualifications
- Preferred hotel experience.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to have fun.
- Ability to obtain Gaming Regulatory Authority license.
- Compliance with Gaming Regulations.
- Mille Lacs Band membership and American Indian preference applied.
