Join us at Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley as a Front Desk Agent for part-time swing shifts, earning between $16 and $24 per hour.

About the Role

The Hotel Guest Services Front Desk Agent greets guests, manages reservations, processes payments, and ensures guest information security. Responsibilities include pre-registering guests, preparing key packets, coordinating check-in procedures, providing information about services and amenities, managing luggage, and ensuring excellent guest service at every interaction.

  • Greet, register, and assist guests during check-in and check-out, delivering exceptional service.
  • Process transactions accurately and adhere to company policies.
  • Maintain reservations, room inventory, and assignments.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries with courteous service.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, amenities, and nearby events.
  • Explain room features and safety protocols.
  • Accurately update reservation and billing information in the system.
  • Assist with luggage and escort guests as needed.
  • Perform additional departmental duties as assigned to support team success.
