Position Overview

This full-time role involves providing exceptional guest service, processing check-ins and check-outs, assisting with reservations, and ensuring guest satisfaction according to SpringHill Suites standards. The schedule varies, including weekends, with AM and/or PM shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Respond to guest needs positively, manage check-ins/outs, verify billing, create reservations, and provide local information. Collaborate with team members and follow guest service recovery protocols.
  • Financial Results and Cost Control: Maximize room revenue through upselling, monitor availability, and handle financial transactions properly while adhering to cost controls.
  • Self/Workload Management: Organize and prioritize work, attend meetings, and follow department procedures.
  • Safety/Risk Management: Maintain a safe work environment, adhere to emergency procedures, and comply with regulations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of guest service experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience with Marriott brands is preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds occasionally.
