The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting guests courteously, handling inquiries, check-ins/outs, and room reservations.

Essential Functions:
  • Assist guests with professionalism and courtesy
  • Maintain high standards of service and hospitality
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and satisfactorily
  • Post charges, process payments, and manage cash procedures
  • Manage guest mail and messages discreetly
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel programs and offers
  • Communicate effectively with departments and management
  • Respond swiftly to calls and visitor needs at the front desk
  • Follow hotel safety and emergency procedures
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Customer service or guest-related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar
  • Experience in hospitality as a front desk agent or similar role (preferred)
  • Knowledge of hotel systems (preferred)
  • Fluent English speaking and excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving, multi-tasking, and composure under pressure
