The 62-room Fairfield Inn and Suites seeks a cheerful & energetic Front Desk Agent to join our team!

Attendance and reporting to work on time are an absolute must. You are required to be on time and report to work whenever scheduled.

The hotel will benefit from an energetic, friendly, and professional individual, as the Front Desk Associate is responsible for greeting, registering, and checking in/out guests and handling all phases of the guest's stay, all while providing excellent customer service. Strong time management and organizational skills will be key to maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Clear communication and an upbeat personality are essential traits for this position, particularly when responding to guests and interacting with team members in various departments.

  • Duties:

    - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
    - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
    - Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide information to guests
    - Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
    - Assist guests with reservations, room service requests, and other inquiries
    - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
    - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
    - Perform night audit duties as required

    Qualifications:
    - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
    - Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
    - Previous experience in guest services or hospitality management preferred
    - Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is an advantage
    - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
