Responsibilities
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
  • Process all check-ins and check-outs according to hotel standards.
  • Follow payment, cash handling, and credit policies.
  • Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to relevant departments.
  • Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
