Job description

Front Desk & Guest Care

Pay Range: $15-17/hour.

We are looking for individuals passionate about serving others! Working at the front desk places you at the heart of the hotel, with the most guest interaction. Your proactive, responsive, and caring attitude will significantly impact the guest experience. If you enjoy engaging with people, possess a winning personality, and have a strong sense of responsibility, this role is perfect for you! Role Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times.
  • Maintain high levels of service and hospitality.
  • Promptly address guest concerns or issues to ensure satisfaction in a timely manner.
  • Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow all cash handling procedures as required by Concord.
  • Handle guest mail and messages with respect for privacy and professionalism.
  • Be knowledgeable about the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers).
  • Communicate effectively with various departments and management regarding guest comments and concerns.
  • Respond quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing front desk assistance.
  • Be familiar with hotel safety and emergency procedures.
