Midas Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Aloft hotel located in St. Louis, MO. This position will be responsible for assisting arriving, departing, and in-house guests, as well as handling telephone inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information, and guest concerns.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Greeting, registering, and assigning rooms to guests. Issuing room keys and providing directions.
  • Sorting incoming mail and faxes for guests.
  • Answering inquiries regarding hotel services, guest registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
  • Maintaining records of room availability and guest accounts.
  • Computing bills, collecting payments, and making change for guests.
  • Making, confirming, and canceling reservations.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent is preferred.
  • Experience in a customer service industry is required.
