We are seeking a passionate Guest Experience Specialist for our dual property hotel, where you'll provide exceptional service across two distinctive environments. Our brand-new hotel, located at the Reston Town Center Metrorail Station, opened in January 2025 and features 267 rooms, a Rooftop Bar, a full-service Restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, an indoor heated pool, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them, ensuring a smooth check-in process, processing payments, offering local insights, and paying close attention to detail to provide a friction-free stay.
