Role Overview

In this role, you'll warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their stay. You and the front desk team are dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction by creating seamless and memorable experiences from arrival to departure, leaving a lasting impression.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to guests.
  2. Respond promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests.
  3. Streamline check-in and check-out processes.
  4. Answer incoming calls professionally and promptly.
  5. Excel at multitasking in a dynamic environment.
  6. Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 10 lbs.
  • Primarily standing during the shift.
Qualifications
Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience
  • One year of front desk experience in hotels preferred.
  • One year of customer service or guest-facing role required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
