Front Desk Agent | 3rd Shift | Fairfield Inn & Suites

Welcome to the hospitality industry at Fairfield Inn by Marriott. JDK Management Company, a proud franchisee of Fairfield and other well-known brands, is seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Agent for our Fairfield Inn & Suites in Bloomsburg, PA. This role is perfect for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy working with people.

Position Details:

  • Full-Time 3rd Shift (11 pm - 7 am)

Responsibilities:

  1. Process guest check-in and check-out, including collecting payments
  2. Provide information about hotel policies, services, and amenities
  3. Respond to guest needs, special requests, and complaints; escalate issues to management as necessary
  4. Assist team members with various duties such as breakfast, laundry, or housekeeping
  5. Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and bathrooms

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Sound judgment and discretion; ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with Windows-based programs (Microsoft Word and Excel) and basic office equipment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
