Alta's Rustler Lodge in Alta, UT is hiring a Front Desk Agent for a full-time seasonal position from December 1 through mid-April. You will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, provide information on lodge policies, and deliver friendly, professional service to guests.

The role offers live-in or live-out options, including onsite dormitory-style housing and a ski pass. Weekend and holiday work is required, with varied shifts and opportunities to enjoy the Alta community and world-class skiing.

Front Desk Agent

Employment: Full Time Seasonal December 1st - Mid April

FLSA status: Non-exempt

Both employees and guests return to the Rustler year after year, a testament to our friendly and supportive working environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Show up on time, in uniform ready to work
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures
• Provide guests with information regarding hotel policies
• Assist guests with requests and problemsAnswer the telephone using appropriate phone etiquette
• Provide professional, friendly, positive, upbeat, and hospitable service at all times
• Communicate effectively with guests, management, staff, and co-workers
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Work Schedule

• Shifts any day of the week, 5 days a week, morning, afternoon, evening, or split shift
• Some ski time is available most days but not guaranteed
• Weekend and Holiday work required
• No vacation as this is a seasonal position

Accommodations

• Both live out and live-in positions are available
• For live-in positions, onsite housing is available in shared dormitory-style rooms. Bi-weekly room and board charge of $125 includes three meals a day
• Meals provided while on shift for live out employees
• Ski pass included
