Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a hotel front desk attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and handle payments in a fast-paced casino environment. The role offers weekly pay, free uniforms, and health benefits.

The schedule is 2:30p–11:00p with weekends required, providing an opportunity to upsell hotel offerings and contribute to guest satisfaction. Starting pay up to $18.50 per hour with a $1,000 signing bonus, based on shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year guest service and cash handling experience.
• Ability to speak, write and read English clearly.
• Working knowledge of basic computer operation.
• Hospitality/hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service at the front desk, including check-in and check-out.
• Collects payment on all transactions and upsell hotel offerings.
• Use effective sale tactics to promote offerings and promotions.
• Schedule is 2:30pm–11:00pm with weekends required.
