Front Desk & Guest Care

We are looking for people who have a passion for serving others! Working at the front desk places you at the heart of the hotel, where you will have the most interaction with our guests. Role Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Clerk or Guest Services Clerk, your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times.
  • Maintaining a high level of service and hospitality.
  • Promptly and effectively addressing guest concerns or issues to ensure satisfaction in a timely manner.
  • Posting guest charges, collecting payments, and following all cash handling procedures as required by Concord.
  • Handling guest mail and messages with respect for privacy and professionalism.
  • Being knowledgeable about the hotel brand and various programs (travel programs, special offers).
  • Communicating effectively with various departments and management regarding guest comments and concerns.
  • Responding quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing front desk assistance.
  • Having full knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.

Range: $20.00 - $24.00
