Responsibilities
  1. What You'll Do
  2. Provide the highest quality of service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
  3. Check guests in and out efficiently and in a friendly manner.
  4. Follow all cash handling and accounting procedures, including hotel credit and check cashing procedures.
  5. Develop knowledge of hotel staff, services, hours, room locations, rates, amenities, and surroundings.
  6. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and entrance.
  7. Ensure security and confidentiality of all guest and hotel information.
  8. Respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints effectively.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned.
