In this role, you'll warmly welcome our guests and provide exceptional service throughout their stay. You and the entire front desk team are dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction by crafting remarkable and seamless experiences from the moment guests arrive. Essential Job Functions:



  • Deliver unparalleled service, courtesy, and care to our guests

  • Respond promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests

  • Streamline the check-in and check-out process for guests

  • Answer incoming phone calls with promptness and professionalism

  • Excel at multitasking in a dynamic environment

  • Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery



Hotel Specific:



  • Perform duties across multiple outlets on the property as required.


Physical Demands:




  • Strong knowledge of food products, standard recipes, and preparation techniques.

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate job duties clearly.

  • Finger/hand dexterity for operating kitchen equipment and performing food preparation tasks.

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 100 lbs. continuously.

  • Ability to perform additional duties as required, including participation in special events.



Qualifications:


Education:



  • High school diploma or its equivalent

  • Completion of Culinary or Apprenticeship Program preferred



Experience:



  • Minimum of 1 year cook experience in hotel preferred

  • Minimum of 1 year cook experience in a similar role, size of operation required

  • Certifications in food safety (e.g., ServSafe) may be required

  • Basic mathematical skills are necessary to understand recipes, measurements, requisition amounts, and portion sizes.

  • Previous experience with hotel PMS systems a plus. Examples: OPERA, OnQ, Maestro.
