You will provide exceptional service, handle check-ins/check-outs, answer questions, offer local recommendations, collaborate with other departments, and maintain a polished front desk area in a dynamic boutique setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous cash handling experience required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Proficiency with hotel property management software.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
