- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls appropriately
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to front desk operations
- Monitor security systems and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked
QualificationsQualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
