Job summary

Auberge Collection is hiring a Front Desk Agent at The Lodge at Primland, Virginia, to deliver exceptional guest service and manage check-in/check-out processes. You will enhance guest experiences with tailored recommendations and maintain high brand standards through professional interactions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, effective communication skills, and a preference for luxury environments. Committed to creating memorable stays, you will uphold the essence of luxury hospitality.

• Experience in a luxury environment is preferred.

• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service by managing check‑ins, check‑outs, room assignments, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail
• Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations, concierge‑level assistance, and prompt resolution of concerns to enhance the overall guest experience
• Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and handle reservations using property management systems while ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy
• Uphold luxury brand standards by presenting a polished, welcoming demeanor and ensuring every guest interaction reflects excellence and hospitality
• Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and management teams to ensure seamless communication, operational efficiency, and consistently high service quality
