Job summary

The Holiday Inn Killeen - Fort Hood is seeking a Part-time Front Desk Agent to be the friendly first point of contact for guests, handling check-in and check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries with a warm, professional demeanor.

You will read, write, and communicate in English, be eligible to work in the United States, and maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Qualifications

  • Hotel front desk experience preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
  • Answer guest questions and provide information.
  • Process reservations and manage in-house guest requests.
  • Report to Front Office Manager.

Front Desk Agent (Part-time)

$13 - $15.hr based on experience

As aFront Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities include check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail help create a welcoming and seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the friendly and attentive face of our hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay.
  • Your daily tasks will include checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • You will report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
  • A career as a front desk agent can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as front office supervisor, front office manager, or even a management position in hotel operations.
Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:

  • A combination of education and experience.
