Job summary

The Dunlin, Auberge Collection is your coastal luxury resort on Johns Island near Kiawah River. We are seeking Front Desk Agents to create seamless arrivals and departures, anticipate needs, and transform simple requests into memorable moments with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities include managing check-ins/outs, room assignments, guest records, and payments using our PMS while maintaining data confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in same or similar role.
• Clear and pleasant communication in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience in a luxury environment is preferred.

• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service by managing check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations, concierge-level assistance, and prompt resolution of concerns to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and handle reservations using property management systems while ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy.
• Uphold luxury brand standards by presenting a polished, welcoming demeanor and ensuring every guest interaction reflects excellence and hospitality.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and management teams to ensure seamless communication, operational efficiency, and consistently high service quality.

• Ability to interact in a polite, professional, and engaging manner.
• Experience in a luxury environment is preferred.
