A luxury oceanfront resort in Palm Beach is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent to ensure exceptional guest experiences overnight. This role involves welcoming late arrivals, managing the front desk activities, and maintaining high service standards, making it crucial for the smooth operation during nighttime hours.

We are currently seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent who embodies responsibility, calm leadership, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver, detail oriented, passionate about service, and confident working with minimal supervision. The overnight shift is a critical time when guest needs must still be met with grace, precision, and professionalism.
This role is not just about covering the desk. It is about continuing the tone of hospitality our guests have come to expect, solving problems before they escalate, and keeping the resort operating smoothly overnight. You are the bridge between late night and the new day, and your presence makes a lasting impression
• Welcome late arrivals and assist with check-ins and check-outs
• Respond to overnight guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and urgency
• Monitor and coordinate all overnight activity at the front desk and in the lobby
• Maintain security awareness and follow emergency procedures if needed
• Ensure the lobby and front desk area remain clean, orderly, and guest ready
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Assist with wake-up calls, early departures, and pre-registration of morning arrivals
• Accurately complete overnight audit tasks and reporting as needed
• Communicate key information to the morning team during shift handoff
• Serve as the overnight point of contact for other departments and hotel leadership
• Someone who is calm, confident, and dependable under pressure
• A problem solver who can work independently and make sound decisions
• Passion for service and hospitality, even during quiet overnight hours
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on every task
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
