Shift: 1st/2nd; must be available to work weekends and holidays.

As a Guest Services Agent, a typical day will include:

  • Checking Owners/guests into their villas for their stay, and reviewing property amenities, services, hours of operations, and local areas of interest and activities.
  • Actively listening and responding positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests and contacting other departments to help resolve guest issues.
  • Identifying and explaining room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, ice and vending areas, etc.).
  • Following up with Owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
  • Answering telephone calls and routing calls to the proper department as applicable.
  • Assisting with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location, if asked.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

  • Welcoming and greeting guests and anticipating and addressing their needs.
  • Interacting with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contributing to team goals.
  • Always following company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Guest Services Agent at MVW:

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
  • Able to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items weighing up to 25 lbs without assistance.
  • Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Specific duties may differ by property, team size, or facility.
