Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Front Desk Agent for Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile in downtown Chicago. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and provide accurate information while delivering warm, professional service.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and familiarity with hotel property management systems, with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Join a team that emphasizes service excellence and guest satisfaction.

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous cash handling experience required.

• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
