Job Overview

Assist guests with arrival and departure, ensuring positive experiences and smooth service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Greet guests warmly and provide accurate information about services and local attractions.

  2. Complete guest registration, inputting and retrieving information via computer system, and promoting our brand.

  3. Handle payments, verify credit cards, and manage cash and vouchers accurately.

  4. Answer phone calls promptly, record messages, and handle mail and packages as requested.

  5. Close guest accounts at checkout, ensuring guest satisfaction and resolving any issues.

  6. Address guest complaints, researching and resolving issues effectively.

  7. Remain calm during emergencies and busy periods, using judgment and discretion.

  8. Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Hotel experience is a plus.
  • Strong mathematical skills and proficiency with computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with patience and tact.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the front office area.
  • Ability to observe and respond to emergency situations.
  • Effective relationship-building skills with colleagues and guests.
Compensation and Benefits

Hourly wage: $17.00 - $18.00. This position is not tip-eligible. No discretionary performance bonus.
