Greenlight Networks is actively recruiting for a Front Desk Administrator to provide best-in-class customer service to our customers and guests who visit our headquarters in Rochester, NY. This critical position will act as the face to our customers and other incoming visitors, ensuring our incoming guests to our offices are greeted professionally and connected to the correct Greenlight employee. This position also serves as the first line of defense in managing any facility-related issues, including fielding requests, reaching out to the property manager or appropriate vendor, and communicating as appropriate once a solution has been identified.
