Looking for a part-time job in a fast-paced, fun, and active environment? Sky Zone, the originator of wall-to-wall aerial action, is hiring Front Desk Associates to be the welcoming face of our indoor trampoline park! With over 300 locations globally, we’re all about creating epic experiences for our guests of all ages. What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring our guests have a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they walk in. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

Guest Check-In & Customer Service

• Welcome Guests: Greet visitors with high energy and a positive attitude.
• Waiver Verification: Ensure all guests have valid, signed safety waivers in the system.
• Rule Explanation: Educate guests on park rules, age/height restrictions, and safety guidelines.

POS Operations & Sales

• Transaction Processing: Handle point-of-sale (POS) systems, process payments, and issue jump passes or wristbands.
• Upselling: Promote jump socks, monthly memberships, concessions, special event packages, and active promotions.

General Operations & Maintenance

• Answer Inquiries: Respond to phone calls and walk-in questions about hours, pricing, birthday party bookings, and park policies.
• Station Upkeep: Keep the lobby and front counter clean, organized, and stocked with supplies like wristbands and socks.

What We\'re Looking For

We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and love interacting with people. Here are the qualifications and skills we’re looking for:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, basic math/cash handling abilities, and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain an active, upbeat demeanor.
• Availability: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays—our busiest times for fun!
