Ardent Dental - Plymouth Dentistry is seeking a friendly Front Desk Professional to join our fast-paced dental team. You will greet patients, handle calls, schedule doctors and hygienists, and assist with insurance and billing to ensure a smooth daily operation.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of dental front desk experience, excellent communication, and strong multitasking abilities. We offer a supportive, professional environment with comprehensive benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

  • Dental experience is required.
  • 2-3 years of dental front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Complete daily insurance verifications for scheduled patients.
  • Assist patients with billing and insurance questions.
  • Submit insurance claims with appropriate attachments and narratives.
  • Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatment and recare appointments.
  • Help maintain an organized schedule and exceptional patient experience.
  • Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to support daily office operations.

Job Summary

As a Front Desk team member, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. You will greet patients, answer and manage incoming calls, coordinate the Doctor and Hygienist schedules, assist with insurance and billing questions, and help keep the day running smoothly. Our office is fast-paced, so we are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable multitasking, and enjoys working as part of a team. We pride ourselves on maintaining a professional, supportive, and welcoming environment for both our patients and employees.

Primary Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
  • $23-$26 per hour, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities
