Job summary

Ono Hawaiian BBQ is seeking a Front Crew member to deliver friendly service and assist customers with orders at our fast-casual restaurant. You will operate the POS system, handle payments, and ensure a clean, safe dining area in a fast-paced environment.

Both part-time and full-time shifts are available. A Food Handler Card, good English communication, basic math skills, and reliable transportation are required to join our team in California locations.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Card required by state/local health department.
• Basic math skills and strong English communication (written and verbal).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and greet customers.
• Assist customers with their orders and operate the POS system.
• Handle payments and process transactions at the register.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform cashier closing and daily closing procedures.
• Support marketing promotions and new product items to customers.
• Work as part of a team in part-time or full-time capacity.
