Job summary

Layne's Chicken Fingers in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Front Counter/Drive Thru Cashier. Your main job is to greet guests, take orders, and ensure they receive their food promptly and with the right condiments. You’ll help keep the restaurant clean and welcome guests in a fun, fast-paced environment that reflects our brand.

We value reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. A minimum age of 16 is required and prior fast-food experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Preferably have experience in a fast food concept.
• Have the ability to communicate effective.
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry 10-55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take their orders at the front counter or drive-thru.
• Ensure guests receive food in a timely manner with needed condiments and beverages.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining area and assist with bussing and general cleanliness.

THE ROLE:

As a Front Counter/Drive Thru Cashier your main responsibility will be to take care of our guests, greeting them and taking their orders, that's why you are called a Chicken Ordering Officer. Each guest needs to feel as though they are attending a party that we are hosting for them. You will make sure they get their food in a timely manner, that they have the necessary condiments, beverages and anything else they need to make their visit to Layne's a special one. You will also be responsible for cleaning and keeping our brand new restaurant immaculate and making sure our guests can relax and eat their food in a clean and tidy environment. A huge part of who we are and what we are about is our fun loving, you will be part of our culture which ensures everyone has fun while we serve our guests our "soon to be famous"TM chicken fingers.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
